DJ Walton
Co-Founder, Manager
DJ Walton brings over twenty years of entertainment experience to OTA. From 2009 to 2022, DJ was the co-founder and President of AK Worldwide Productions which serves as the base of operation for global superstar, Alicia Keys. From 2003 to 2009, he served as President of FTGU Music, Inc., a full-service tour management and artist representation company that managed some of the most successful global tours for A-list clients like AEG, Alicia Keys and Britney Spears.
Also accomplished in front of the camera, DJ made his big screen debut in 2018 as Adonis Creed’s sparring partner in CREED II starring Michael B. Jordan and Sylvester Stallone. He plays the recurring role of Lucifer 78 in the hit Starz TV series HEELS. DJ played the role of Miguel Paez in Sony’s 2023 release of Big George Foreman and most recently played the role of Caesar in the 2024 release of Chasing Raine. J.J. Perry introduced DJ to stunts in 2020 for the film Samaritan (2022) starring Sylvester Stallone. Perry brought DJ in for stunts on his directorial debut, Day Shift (2023) starring Jamie Fox and Snoop Dogg.
DJ Walton is the founder and head boxing coach of Onward Athletics and Wanna Fight Productions in Buford, Georgia where he trains undefeated professional boxers, Javon “Wanna” Walton and Nat “No Love” Dove and earned his stripes managing PBC prospect, Austin Dulay. For five years he proudly served as the Vice President of USA Boxing’s National Board of Directors from 2013 to 2018 and was responsible for partnering USAB with notable brands such as Under Armour for the 2016 Olympics in Rio. DJ volunteered time serving as the Vice President for the Georgia Amateur Boxing Association, USA Boxing’s governing state body. A former D1 athlete at Jacksonville University (FL), DJ was a senior year co-captain of JU’s football team and was awarded two Academic All-Conference awards (All-PFL) and Track & Field (All-TAAC) and was the first-ever JU recipient of the CBS Foundation Scholarship. DJ is married to Co-Founder, Jessica with four children and resides just north of Atlanta, GA.

JESSICA WALTON
Co-Founder, Manager
Jessica Walton is a writer, producer and manager with her professional career spanning more than a decade. In 2014 she released Blue Moon: From the Journals of Mama Mae and LeeLee alongside superstar, Alicia Keys and went on to produce an interactive story telling app. She manages her children’s successful acting careers including her son, Javon “Wanna” Walton can be seen in HBO’s highly acclaimed Euphoria, Utopia (Prime Video), Samaritan (MGM), Umbrella Academy (Netflix), Addams Family (MGM) and Under the Bridge (Hulu). Her daughter, Jayla Walton can be seen in FEAR the Walking Dead season 8 as ‘Dove’ and upcoming series The English Teacher. Jessica also has two other children, who are highly competitive athletes.
She is a Producer on the Gravitas Ventures film, Chasing Raine She is married to DJ Walton. As Co-Founder and Manager, Jessica focuses on prioritization and finding quick solutions. As part of her services, she’s involved herself in negotiations, brand relationships, client relationships and financial management.
CLIFF STEIN
Advisor & General Counsel
Cliff Stein is a sports law attorney with 30 years of experience in the professional sports industry. He has a unique background and perspective of the industry having worked 8 years as an NFL agent representing NFL players, and 22 years working in the front office for the Chicago Bears. During his time with the Chicago Bears, Cliff worked with 4 General Managers, 6 Head Coaches, 2 Presidents, and 2 Chairs of the Board. He negotiated over $2 billion in player contracts during his tenure with the Bears. In his role as SVP & General Counsel for the Chicago Bears, he oversaw all legal affairs, and worked as part of the senior leadership team on all high-level business decisions. He was also involved in the negotiation and execution of over $300 million in sponsorship, partnership, media rights, licensing, and business development agreements.
He played a critical role in negotiations with the City of Chicago and other municipalities in the stadium development planning process, government, and legislative affairs, as well as the acquisition of real estate for potential stadium development. In addition to serving as the lead player contract negotiator for the Chicago Bears, which included negotiating contracts for Hall of Fame players such as Brian Urlacher, Devin Hester, and Julius Peppers, he consistently worked in the background to provide strategic advice, counsel, planning, and mentorship to General Managers, Head Coaches, Owners, and Senior Leadership on building internal consensus and reaching successful outcomes in all negotiations.
DANIELLE KENNEDY
Operations Director
Danielle brings over ten years of experience in operations, logistics and management to OTA. She has a strong background in the entertainment industry working 8 years directly with A-List talent and managing high-level projects. Her keen use of discretion and astute business savvy allows her to provide a positive experience for each client she works with, all while adhering to a strict code of ethics. A true professional, Danielle is most known for her reliability, passion, and expertise. As a lifelong resident of Georgia, she resides in Winder, GA with her husband and two children.
